CIRCULAR TEXEFA
PROJECT

Plásticos Clossa is participating in the European project CircularTexEFA, an initiative aimed at promoting the circular economy in the textile sector through the development of a cross-border value chain for the collection, reuse, and recycling of textile waste in the POCTEFA region.

PARTICIPATING ENTITIES

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project brings together companies, technology centers, public administrations, and waste management entities from Spain, France, and Andorra to leverage knowledge and technologies, promote the use of recycled materials, and reduce waste sent to landfill and incineration. Furthermore, it incorporates awareness-raising and training initiatives aimed at businesses, professionals, and citizens to accelerate the transition towards more sustainable production and consumption models, generating new opportunities for the business sector and employment.

This project is 65% co-funded by the European Union within the framework of the Interreg VI-A España–Francia–Andorra (POCTEFA 2021–2027), programme, which aims to strengthen the economic and social integration of the cross-border area.
