We have an expanded experience in the production of gearshift and selector modules parts, like Select Levers, Housings, Gaiters, Boots, Sockets, Rods and Detents. We are experts in engineering and making shift levers.
We have been producing furniture parts for more than 15 years. We supply prestigious companies like STUA. Our parts can be seen in some of the most highlighted rooms of the world.
White line industry
Historically, parts issued from our production line have been assembled by important companies such as Fagor, SEB group Solac and Sigma.
We manufacture industrial technical precision parts for pneumatic valves industry
They are custom made plastic parts for a very demanding industry.
Today our parts can be found in vehicles built by TOYOTA, RENAULT NISSAN, GRUPO PSA, HONDA, OPEL, SUZUKI, VOLKSWAGEN AUDI, FIAT, JAGUAR or DAIMLER.
In the constant search to adapt to the demands of our customers, we have included a tampon printing process in our facilities.
We print our own parts or others manufactured by third parties.
We use multi head technology. This allows us to be able to do in one pass, which would normally take two. And therefore, reduce costs.
We process parts intended to all industry sectors.
In partnership with an external company, we carry out a 3D printing service.
In case of need, we can print fully functional pieces.
They can be used to validate a design, to test the assemblability or to use in production, if they are small lots.
All this, in a very short time and with the possibility of customizing the parts individually.
In order to limit unnecessary expenses and optimize the time of our customers we have introduced the injection simulations. It is a tool that simulates the plastic injection molding process.
This software is a real plastic injection machine in itself, since it allows us to test different types of injection and thus, correct CAD models and make design changes before beginning
